Q1. What should I do if there is water leakage at the interface?
A1. Firstly, please check if some part is missing (especially the waterproof filter). Secondly, please check whether Teflon tape is used. Please also check whether your shower head interface is a standard G1/2 interface. Finally, on the basis of the above operation, please make sure that your shower head has tightened joints and no gap.
Q2. How to clean the dirt on the showerhead surface?
A2. After using for a period of time, the nozzle of your shower head may be blocked by the accumulation of hard water deposits, resulting in restricted spraying. In order to decompose the deposits formed by minerals such as calcium, you can remove the head and soak it in white vinegar overnight or make a paste of baking soda and water to apply to the head (including the nozzle) and wait for half an hour, then brush off the remaining residue with an old toothbrush. Finally, after cleaning, reinstall and fix it properly.
Q3. How can I do if the water pressure drops and the water cannot flow out?
A3. Because the water in different regions contains different impurities, after a period of time used, the dirt or impurities in the water will be left in your household pipes and inside the showerhead, resulting in the reduction of the water pressure. In this case, it is necessary to clean the inside of the household pipes and the showerhead regularly. Regarding cleaning the inside of the household pipes, please ask for help from a professional plumber. If it is cleaning the inside of the showerhead, please use white vinegar or baking soda to soak for cleaning (for details, refer to Q2).
